Opculair is based in the Netherlands. We allow 1-2 days to process orders, after which we send the orders. Depending on the address to which the package is to be sent, it will be picked up by a shipping company. After we have transferred the package, we no longer have any influence on the shipping time. Below you can see the estimated shipping times, given by the shipping companies.

The shipping companies are responsible for sending information such as track & trace, which not all of them work with. We are sorry if you have not (yet) received this information, but unfortunately we cannot provide it either.
