Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return through our return portal.
Returns must always be registered through the return portal before sending the items back. Returns sent without registration may not be accepted.
Return Options
Through our return portal, you can choose one of the following options:
- Store credit with a 5% bonus
- Refund to your original payment method
- Exchange for another product
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be:
- unused and unworn
- in its original condition
- returned in the original jewelry packaging
- returned with the seal intact
For hygiene reasons, opened or worn jewelry cannot be accepted.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings, due to hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer is also responsible for the return shipment and any risk during shipping. Please keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
2 + 1 Free Promotion
For orders placed with the 2 + 1 free promotion, the promotion will be recalculated in the event of a partial return. For every three eligible items kept, only one item remains free. If a customer returns items and no longer meets the promotion conditions, or keeps more free items than permitted under the recalculated order, the value of the additional free item(s) will be deducted from the refund. Returned free items are not refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through the contact form before starting a return. We will review the issue and help you with the best solution.
Processing Your Return
Once your return has arrived, it will be checked and processed automatically within a few days.
After approval, your refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed based on the option you selected in the return portal.
Refunds to the original payment method may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
