About payouts
Commission is paid out around 45 days after an order. That way, returns within the return period are taken into account first.
Heads-up: your first payout can take a bit longer. Shopify Collabs needs to set up and verify your payout details first. This part is handled by Shopify, so unfortunately we can't speed it up.

How much commission do I earn?
Between 5% and 10% on every order through your link or code. Your personal rate is set per creator, and you can always check it in your Shopify Collabs account.
When do I get paid?
Around 45 days after an order. We wait until the return period is over, so only orders that are kept count towards your commission.
Why is my first payout taking longer?
For your first payout, Shopify Collabs needs to set up and verify your payout details. This is handled by Shopify, so we can't speed it up. After that, payouts run as usual.
