All of our jewelry is made of stainless steel with a PVD coating of gold or silver, this is way stronger than regular gold or silver which makes it waterproof and anti-tarnish.

The items are made out of stainless steel which guarantees that you will not have any tarnish issues.

All of our jewelry is made out of stainless steel and therefore 100% waterproof!

The shipping time depends on the country you are ordering from. We take 1-2 business days to process your order, after which it will be shipped.

We try to keep our shipping fees low by always only charging 2,99 euros and free shipping on orders above 50.

Our customers have not yet experienced any issues with duties and/or taxes, but this is not an assurance that it will never happen.
Please note that if applicable, customs fees, added VAT, and country of destination handling fees are the receiver's responsibility and may vary by country.

Delivery time refers to the number of days between the collection of the package from our warehouse and the first delivery attempt. This does not account for the order preparation time, additional delivery attempts, or the date or days available at a carrier pick-up point.
Please note that delivery estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed delivery times and should not be relied upon as such.

After an order is dispatched, a confirmation email is sent automatically, from which the customer can track their order. Please make sure to check your spam folder as sometimes our emails are accidentally sent there.
